Conference Bio
Besides being an International Christian Women’s Speaker, Author, Motivator, Image and Beauty expert, Charli has a mission to reach women of all ages to teach them how to use what they have to become what they want to be. Her desire is to guide them in maximizing their inner strength and outer beauty; that they may become a confident and fulfilled woman both inside and out. An example of this ministry is seen in the story of Carol below.
Charli is also a Leadership Trainer, Worship Leader, Recording Artist and Bible Teacher. She is currently co-authoring a book entitled,
“5 Steps to Freedom…a Journey to Emotional Rescue.” She has co-hosted a Christian Women’s Television Program on CTN, and has also ministered in China Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, and Mexico.
Charli and her husband Bob are founders of Shiloh Ministries, Inc. They have been in ministry for over 18 years. They have been married 35 years; have 2 sons, 7 grandchildren, a spiritual son and daughter, 4 spiritual grandchildren, and one Goddaughter.
They minister separately and together. Their ministry is very unique especially when they teach together as a team on television or in person. When God opened the door for their television ministry in 1997, they began to talk about Jesus on camera, just as if they were sitting in their own living room. Through the closeness of a couple sharing what God had laid on their hearts, the Lord brought His message to His people. Charli and Bob co-hosted “Shiloh Ministries,” a Christian television program together for 5 years. Charli also co-hosted a Women’s Christian Television Program on CTN, the Christian Television Network in Nashville, TN.

FINDING THE QUEEN IN YOU
- As Queen Esther was prepared for a year to spend one night with the King, we too can enjoy the same inner and outer preparations as she experienced here and now. We know that our Lord is concerned about all that concerns us. His first concern always involves our inner spiritual condition, but He also made us Princesses of Zion, thus as Esther was prepared in the natural, we too can enjoy and enhance our outer beauty. This conference has two sessions; in session one we learn the “Beauty of Holiness” concerning the inner woman. We learn the meaning of Esther’s natural preparations and how they relate to the Spirit. In session two we learn the joy of discovering the beauty of the outer woman, by enhancing and maximizing all the Lord has provided for us to improve our appearance and feel good about ourselves. This conference is especially fun since many ladies of the church or organization can become a part of the afternoon session and benefit from it in more ways than one.
EMOTIONAL RESCUE
- This is an engaging teaching on the power of healing and restoration of past hurts and wounds that each of us have experienced in our lives from our childhood up to the present. It enlightens us on how we can maintain our spiritual health and keep these past injuries from happening to us again. It reveals many answers of how and why these things happened, but more important than that, it has the power to change a painful wound into only a scar with a testimony.

- The heart of this message is the complete and total intimacy that our bridegroom, the Lord Jesus Christ desires and deserves to have with His bride, the body of Christ. It parallels the marriage institution of a man and a woman, in much greater spiritual depth than we have generally experienced.
YOUR KINGDOM WARRANTY
- Learning the value of our adoptive rights into the kingdom of God has benefits that many rarely know exist. The Lord wants us to receive our full inheritance of that which He provided for us when He died on the cross. If we don’t know we have an inheritance, or what it is, how can we receive it or enjoy it?
FROM A VICTIM TO VICTORIOUS
- There are many areas of our lives where each of us has become victims. So many times we remain a victim when God desires to bring us out of that place of darkness and into His wonderful light. We do not have to remain where we are, we can use our circumstances to bring us into victory. This message introduces us to women in the Bible, some even nameless, that by the grace of God seized the opportunity to use their situation to change their lives.
AGGRESSIVE PEACE
- This term sounds like an oxy-moron, but peace is a powerful offensive weapon of spiritual warfare. It is also a powerful defensive weapon of spiritual warfare. Nothing can touch or influence us when we have the peace of God that passes all understanding. This sounds easy, but it is not. This teaching explores areas of our lives where we may not be aware that peace does not exist. If we learn where these areas are, we can become more effective Christians in our everyday lives as well as more in tune with God.
LEADING IS REALLY FOLLOWING
- Becoming a leader is much more than being appointed. It is developing a lifestyle that others want to emulate. It is learning how to use the area of influence in our lives to love others into finding that place of leadership in their lives. This is a lesson in training others in how to become leaders that leave a legacy, rather than just leaving a position.
COVENANT CONNECTION
- The true and grave meaning of covenant is rarely known today. It seems to have become a lost art of truth and honor. The greatest example of this is the marriage vows, but there are so many other covenants made every moment and broken the next, that the word itself is rarely spoken. When we learn the true meaning of this word and live accordingly, we will find life everlasting or everlasting consequences for treating it so lightly. Learn the true meaning of your “covenant” with God and grab hold of it, and you will see your life totally change before your very eyes.
