Besides being an International Christian Women's Speaker, Author, Motivator, Image and Beauty expert, Charli has a mission to reach women of all ages to teach them how to use what they have to become what they want to be. Her desire is to guide them in maximizing their inner strength and outer beauty. That they may become a confident and fulfilled woman both inside and out. An example of this ministry is seen in the story of Carol below.
Charli is also a Leadership Trainer, Worship Leader, Recording Artist and Bible Teacher. She is currently co-authoring a book entitled,
"5 Steps to Freedom...a Journey to Emotional Rescue." She has co-hosted a Christian Women's Television Program on CTN, and has also ministered in China, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras and Mexico.

Queen Esther has always been Charli's inspiration as she has encouraged, as well as inspired women to become the best that they can be spiritually and naturally.
God birthed this ministry years ago, but it is still as exciting and vital today as was then. It is so rewarding to see the transformation that takes place in the hearts and faces of women when they realize the beauty that God has given them within, as well as the potential they possess in their outward beauty as well. One look at Carol's face above says it all.
Charli has been in the fashion and cosmetic industry for 20 years. She has judged numerous pageants, including the Miss USA Preliminaries. She was the co-owner of Body Beautiful Boutique, which included the Body Contour Salon of which Kelly Cash visited frequently on her way to becoming "Miss America."
She has been involved with Seventeen Magazine Seminars and employed by Lancôme Cosmetics producing video makeovers and fashion shows. Her background also includes a movie, television, theatre, stage, photography and image consulting. Her career began in modeling while attending Louisiana College on a full scholarship in voice.
